Shin Hye ini memang sering digodain sama Geun Suk, jadi, JGS sering bilang ke orang-orang (di interview, di lokasi syuting, dimana aja deh) kalau PSH naksir berat sama dia. Dan setiap kali PSH dengar itu dia cuman bisa ketawa atau bilang “Oppaa..” tapi ga kasih jawaban iya atau tidak. Coba lain kali dia jawab: “emang bener aku cinta mati sama kamu, Oppa,” weh kita lihat saja nanti JGS bakalan pingsan di tempat apa engga.

Jang Geun-suk Attracts Overseas Fans to Local Fan Meeting

Korean actor Jang Keun-seuk is reportedly attracting his fans from overseas to a local fan meeting later this month, according to his agency Tree J. Company on Monday.

The event was originally organized for some 3,000 Korean fans but 23 percent of the tickets were reserved by the actor's fans overseas -- particularly those in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Jang, who has never done any official work in the Chinese market, gained a huge fanbase in the region after starring in the SBS TV series "Minamishineyo" last year. In November, the Chinese fans visited the set of "Minamishineyo" and attended Jang's fan meeting in Japan.

"Minamishineyo", which co-starred actress Park Shin-hye, was reportedly the most-searched keyword on Chinese portal sites and the actor has since been receiving numerous offers from China.

"We are receiving fan letters and presents from overseas fans everyday," an official at Tree J. was quoted as saying. "Jang is taking a break from work and is busy reading his fan letters." He also added that the actor wants to learn foreign languages in order to communicate better with fans.

Even fans from Australia, Canada, Singapore and the U.S. are reportedly flying in to attend the fan meeting, to be held at Olympic Park Olympic Hall on January 31.

The actor, 23, has appeared in several notable television dramas including "Beethoven Virus" (MBC, 2008), "Hong Gil-dong" (KBS2, 2008) and popular sitcom "Nonstop 4" (MBC, 2003). He also done some acting work on the big screen, most recently "The Case of Itaewon Homicide" last year.

He became a phenomenon throughout the country after starring in "Minamishineyo", in which he portrayed an eccentric lead singer of idol group A.N.JELL.

A.N.JELL to unite on SBS Drama DaeSang with live performance and MC appearances

SBS drama ‘You’re Beautiful’ cast Park ShinHye, Jang GeunSeok, Lee HongKi and Jung YoungHwa will be putting up a 100% live performance for upcoming 2009 Drama DaeSang.

After the drama ended in November, the band ‘A.N.JELL’ featured in the drama consisting of the 4 main cast will take the stage once more for a live performance.

In addition, Park ShinHye and Jung YoungHwa will be the MCs to the show that night.

Jang GeunSeok will also be MCing with actress Moon GeunYoung for the award ceremony.

Other than that, for the award ceremony that day, SBS drama ‘Style’ Lee YoungWoo will be performing with SBS drama ‘Dream’ Son DamBi for hiphop, jazz and sexy dance performance.

And drama ‘Smile, You’ Lee MinJung will also perform ‘Do You Love’ by Lee SeungHwan while Lee Seung Gi will perform the OST song ‘The person who lives in my heart’ for his recent drama ‘Brilliant Legacy’.

The award ceremony will take place on 31st December at 9.30pm.

Jang Geun Suk’s mom wants Park Shin Hye

Jang Geun Suk got to play Ideal Type World Cup on Champagne and even though we don't know the final winner, we have some ideal types out!

Jang Geun Suk said, "When I was filming for Hwang Jin Yi, I had just broken up with my girlfriend and I was coping through a hard time. As I filmed, I got so into my character that I kind of fell for Ha Ji Won. Not only that, when I had kiss scenes with Sung Yuri in Hong Gil Dong, I blushed and got nervous."

Ironically the two actresses showed up in the game and made it harder for Jang Geun Suk.

Not only that, he talked about his co-star from You're Beautiful, Park Shin Hye. He said, "We live in the same neighborhood. My mother really likes her. She even went to a psychic for a couple match between Park Shin Hye and me. They said we go together really well. Because of that, she asked me to invite Park Shin Hye over to our house."

Jang Geun Suk and the Moon

It had been proviously reported that You’re Beautiful’s Jang Geun Suk was to MC the 2009 SBS Drama Awards, but it has just been announced that his co-MC will be actress Moon Geun Young. Last year, Geun Young was the youngest actor/actress to win the SBS Drama Awards’ Daesang Award (Grand Prize) for her role in the Painter of the Wind at the age of 21. Both Geun Suk and Geun Young are 22, making them the youngest MCs to ever host the event. The Drama Awards will be held on December 31st.

Not all finalists for all the categories have been released yet. Geun Suk is nominated for Best Couple with Park Shin Hye for their role in You’re Beautiful, but they’re up against stiff competition. The other finalists in the best couple category are: Ryu Shi Won & Kim Hye Soo from Style, Lee Seung Gi & Han Hyo Joo from Brilliant Legacy, Yoo Ji Tae & Choi Ji Woo from Star’s Lovers, Jung Gyu Woon & Lee Soo Kyung from Loving You a Thousand Times, So Ji Sub & Han Ji Min from Cain and Abel, Cha Seung Won & Kim Sun Ah from City Hall, Ji Sung and Sung Yuri from Swallow the Sun, Jung Kyung Ho and Lee Min Jung from Smile, You, and Choi Joon Yong & Oh Young Shil from Temptation of Wife. You’re Beautiful gets 20 episode Director’s Cut DVD set

Dengan Jang Geun Suk dan Park Shin Hye sebagai host dengan pensil untuk Melon Musik Award, masih ada lagi berita baik untuk para penggemar drama, You're Beautiful, hari ini mengumumkan bahwa Director Cut DVD akan dirilis awal tahun depan!
